We are looking for a Credit Controller to work across our Audio and Publishing business within the Finance team in Peterborough.

Our Team
The Agency Credit Control Team are a small, supportive team of five covering Credit Control and Customer Creation for all Agency advertisers within the Bauer Media Group. Teamwork is valuable across Accounts Receivable.
This role is a 6 month contract and we work to a hybrid working pattern. You will be expected to work from home and from our newly refurbished office in Peterborough.
What you'll do
Playing a major role in ensuring our customers pay within terms and chase any overdue invoices within agreed processes. Work as a team, use initiative, decision making/prioritise in managing reconciliations, aged debt and working towards deadlines. Provide excellent customer services to all customers, internal and external.
You will be responsible for
• Collection of outstanding invoices by telephone and email
- Performing reconciliations
- Respond promptly to queries from internal and external customers, ensuring disputes are logged and escalated as appropriate
- Manage regular meetings/conference calls with business and agencies regarding queries and aging accounts.
